To run a given test case, the Transaction tabs:

  • Manages Transaction Related Data (TRD) and the underlying payment transaction to be triggered

  • Simulates the issuer response

  • Displays the processing messages

  • Displays the APDUs, and the signals

Open a TRD file. TRD files are creatzed by the action Save. The format is binary and it contains the hexadecimal values of TRD field

Payment

Start a payment on acceptance system with the TRD as they are displayed in TRD field

Reset

Reset ACE-Client Payment action (no effect on acceptance system)

Version

Get the version of acceptance system. Checks that the connection to acceptance system works

Display Receipt

Force the receipt's display when acceptance system sent a non-display value that is Receipt field displays “no print received”

Open an Issuer Response file. Issuer Response files are created by the action Save. The format is binary and it contains the hexadecimal values of Issuer Response field.

Reset

Change the Issuer Response field value with the value in Default Response check box.

Download

Download the value from ACE Server according to Issuer host simulator fields and change the Issuer Response field value.

The Processing Message Tab is read-only.
It is updated during transactions by the terminal if it is configured with online capabilities.

The Signals Tab is read-only.
It is updated during transactions by the terminal.
The APDU commands (CMD APDU) are displayed if APDULog is checked in TMS/Administrative dialog.
The signals are displayed if Signal is checked in TMS/Administrative dialog.

Tags Tab

The Tags Tab is read-only.
It is updated during transactions by the terminal if TagDump is set to Yes in agnos.ini file or Tag Log is checked in TMS/Administrative dialog.

Log Tab

The Log Tab is read-only. It is updated during transactions by the terminal.
