  1. If the device is communicating througth a RS232 you have to use a RS232 to USB converter.

  2. A USB cable is wired to the laptop hosting ACE Client

  3. Identify the COM Port linked to that USB interface on the laptop, as for example:

4. Execute the Windows_serial.exe adapter and enter the COM port identified.

5. in the Setup->Connectivity->Acceptance System set the IP address to localhost in ACE Client

6 . Run Kizis on the device.

7. Click on Test to verify the communication between the terminal and ACE Client

Device linked with an Ethernet or Wifi Interface

1. In ACE Client, Setup->Connectivity->Acceptance System set the terminal IP address seen on the network.

  • In a device console command use: “ipconfig /all” (Windows) or “ifconfig” (linux). Use Advanced IP Scanner software if the IP address could not be provided in the console command

2. In Agnos.ini, terminal side, set the laptop IP address hosting ACE Client as for example:

  • In a ACE Client laptop console command use: “ipconfig /all” (Windows) or “ifconfig” (linux). Extract the IP address from the Ethernet or Wifi Interface used.

3. Run Kizis on the device. (./Kizis under Linux) 4. Click on Test to verify the communication between the terminal and ACE Client
