Terminal Configuration

1. In Configuration->Terminal Configuration->Contact Only, set the parameters for:
  • If a contact reader exists (EMV) and/or a magstripe reader (magstripe)

  • The terminal country code, type, capabilities, additional capabilities…

2. In Configuration->Terminal Configuration->Contactless Only, set the parameters for:

  • EMV if a contactless reader exists and need to test contactless transactions. Otherwise this is left un-checked as for contact testing.

3. Send the configuration to the terminal using the "Send" button
4. Save your configuration with the "Save" or "Save As" button and reload it after using the "Open" button

Processing Configuration

1. In Configuration->Processing, load the default test plan configuration, with the "ACE" button:

  • Select the Authority or library name

  • Select the test configuration

  • Then click “Ok” to refresh the ACE Client window.

2. If required, update the parameters to match your ICS
3. Send the PROCESSING configuration to the terminal using the "Send" button
4. Save your own Processing configuration using the "Save" or "Save As" button
5. Reload your own configuration using the "Load" button

EntryPoint Configuration

1. In Configuration->EntryPoint, load the default test plan configuration, with the "ACE" button for contactless tests only:

3. Send the ENTRYPOINT configuration to the terminal using the "Send" button
4. Save your own ENTRYPOINT configuration using the "Save" or "Save As" button
5. Reload your own configuration using the "Load" button
