Get L2 Framework Software Component Versions Command

This Command returns the Versions of each Software Components that were included during L2 Stack Integration.
Command Parameters
This Command has no Command Parameters.

Software ID
The 1st byte holds the Module ID, the 2nd byte holds the Software Component ID:
