The Process Online PIN Exit Condition forces L2 to Exit when a PIN needs to be entered. This Exit Condition allows Level 3 to handle the Online PIN Capture operation before the Contactless Final Outcome
NOTE: This Exit Condition is added for the EFTPOS Contactless Kernel
