Support of Issuer Script Response

This Compilation Option enables the code for processing Issuer Script Responses

Disabling this Compilation Option will save MAX_SCRIPT_SIZE of memory

NOTE: This Compilation Option should also be absent when _AGNOSCPL_ is absent

It is used by the following Agnos Libraries: ACE, Agnos, AgnosMW, EMVCo, Kizis, C6, PURE

This Compilation Option is available for all Agnos Frameworks Versions
