Up to Agnos Framework 3.6, the amount passed in the Agnos API was the Purchase Amount

This Compilation Option allows passing the EMVCo ‘Amount, Authorized’ ('9F02') instead of the Purchase Amount

NOTE: ‘9F02’ = Purchase Amount + Cashback
