Support of Exit Conditions

The Compilation Option _EXIT_CONDITION_SUPPORT_ enables the code allowing Exit Condition (i.e. return control to L3 during specific Transaction Processing Events)

This Compilation Option is required by the AgnosSP API and is used by Kizis, AgnosEP, AgnosSP, AgnosMW and all Contact and Contactless Kernels

It is required since the Framework 3.5 and later
