Get PPSE FCI (32h)
The Get PPSE FCI Exit Condition forces L2 to Exit after getting the Response of a SELECT PPSE APDU Command from the ICC.
The Exit Condition Response Parameters contains the entire FCI Issuer Discretionary Data (Tag ‘BF0C’) to allow Kizis gathering and/or applying Regional Market Selection Rules.

RESUME L2 PAYMENT TRANSACTION Command Parameters
Kizis can modify the content of FCI issuer Discretionary Data (‘BF0C’), however it shall answer ensure that changes sre still coherent with the ICC Context.
I.e. Kizis may leave the ADF List (‘BF0C’) unchanged, remove one or multiple ADF from the ADF List (‘BF0C’) or apply specific changes according to specific Regional Market Rules (for Carte Bancaire may require overriding the ICC’s Application Priority Indicators according to Terminal Priorities).
Keeping the ADF List Unchanged
Send Resume Command with Empty Command Parameter.
Clearing the ADF List
If Kizis wishes to remove all the ADF from the ADF List, then it shall send the Resume Command with an empty ‘BF0C’:

 Modifying the ADF List
If Kizis wishes to remove one or multiple ADF from the ADF List, or bring modifications in Specific ADF, then it shall include the modified ‘BF0C’ in the Resume Command Parameters
For example, if Kizis wishes to keep ADF 1 only, then it shall only include the Directory Entry Fields of ADF 1 in ‘BF0C’:
