PROCESSING message display is not mandatory to pass C-3/Visa certification. It might had a time overhead depending on POI display capabilities. See GPI/SPED/display.c to add/skip that display.
C-3/Visa is the most demanding specification in term of integration testing. A new platform should be 100% debugged in that regards before entering into TA
