Administrative Settings

• For ZIP qualification, set Zip Legacy = 1. Do not use DPAS Legacy

• For DPAS qualification, DPAS Legacy is now deprecated. Do not use ZIP Legacy

• Also, set DE Callback = 1 for the exception file list test cases

Test Cases Execution

Specific tests require issuer scripts to be defined in ACE:

• For DPAS test cases asking for “no response from issuer and timer has expired”, use ACE check box “No authorization response”

• For DPAS test cases asking for issuer scripts, use ACE check box “Issuer host simulator” and select the dpas10 script for the test case you want to run

PLEASE READ CAREFULY: DPAS10 library support two different Discover products: DPAS and ZIP. ZIP is a legacy magstripe only product, slowly phasing out from the field, but still supported for now. DPAS and ZIP uses two different RID. There are two different TA to pass to qualify the DPAS10 kernel. From ACE Server there are two different configuration library to select (dpas10 and zip).
