TA Preparation

  • Any TA sessions shall be initiated after corresponding qualification sessions, or specific debug sessions (at a lab)

  • The purpose of debug/qualification sessions is to emulate actual TA. Considering that TA environments change all the time (releases of new bulletins, new functional/test environment specifications, new test plans, new tools), it is crucial to make sure that a L2 system will be submitted in sync with all the last and up-to-date requirements

  • A debug session may cover:

    • Full functional or critical functional test cases

    • Platform dependent tests cases(related to NFC logo, LED, beeps, messaging, pinpad/keyboard, …)

  • A debug session shall cover:

    • Performance test cases

    • Combination test cases

    • Integration test cases
