Open L2 API (OLA) project is an Amadis initiative to normalize how to interact with any L2 stacks. It is aligned on Nexo standard, in particular with Nexo Fast. The approach provides a simple set of primitives that fits into payment application’s logic. It has been led in conjunction with Arkos project aiming to propose a generic payment library independent from platform, merchant, and acquirer contexts. See OLA API or Developer’s Guide
