• Fixed a rare issue when packages were removed.

• Added an option named signed-packages in the configuration file. Only the unsigned packages will be loaded if this option is set to false. If set to true, only the signed packages will be handled.

• Fixed an issue related to the handling of the signed packages.

• Added a command line option to set the configuration file. Its default value is config.json.
